Chris joined The Executive Compensation Group in 1991. She is responsible for all aspects of the underwriting process, including obtaining application information, coordinating medical information from physicians and underwriters, and obtaining final underwriting offers. Chris has attained her Underwriting Life & Health Insurance and Fundamentals of Life & Health Insurance designations from LOMA.

Office Manager & COO

Lois joined The Executive Compensation group in 1993. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of human resources and facilities as well as marketer support. She is a graduate of Centenary College in New Jersey.

Phyllis Neviaser

CFO & Office Coordinator

Phyllis joined The Executive Compensation Group in 1977. She is responsible for the implementation and ongoing administration of life insurance contracts, business system database administration, commission tracking, and maintaining day-to-day financial control of the company, providing financial information and support to ECG. Phyllis attained her Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation from LOMA and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College.

Susan Wells

Registered Representative / Sales Assistant

Susan joined The Executive Compensation Group in 1988.  She is responsible for all aspects related to the initialization and ongoing facilitation of securities accounts, including account maintenance, trading, sales, client support and compliance.  Susan received her B.A. from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1977.  She maintains her FINRA Series 6 & 7 securities registrations.
